At Grove, our curriculum is guided by Rectory’s vision and values, ensuring that every decision reflects our school’s ethos. We also follow our ENABLES approach, which identifies what we aim to achieve for all pupils in Grove.
Every child is at the heart of our curriculum. We have adapted the EQUALS framework to ensure that learning is both meaningful and aspirational, helping children grow, achieve, and develop their unique potential.

Our curriculum is tailored to each individual child to ensure that all EHCP long-term outcomes are planned for and supported. We use B-Squared to assess progress and inform next steps in learning, ensuring every child receives the right support to achieve their potential.
Through this approach, Grove pupils are supported to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, in a setting that values individuality, inclusion, and wellbeing.
