At Rectory, we are proud of our inclusive ethos and confident in our ability to support children with additional needs. Our staff receive high-quality training and information to ensure they can provide tailored, compassionate support for every pupil.

We are committed to early identification of needs and implement targeted interventions swiftly to help children thrive. Parents are kept fully informed throughout the year, with regular updates and clear communication about the SEND process and their child’s progress.

As a fully inclusive school, we work closely with the Local Authority, Health Professionals, and community organisations to ensure every child receives the most appropriate and effective support.

If you have any concerns or would like to discuss your child’s needs, please contact:

  • Miss Claire Laverick – Deputy Headteacher & SENCO

  • Mrs Nicola Cobbold – EYFS & Grove Lead

  • Mrs Camille Benton – Orchard Lead & SENCO
