Our Partnership with Holy Trinity Church

At Rectory Church of England Primary School, we are blessed to have a strong and vibrant partnership with Holy Trinity Church, located right next to our school. This close proximity allows us to make full use of the church building—not only to enrich our worship and spiritual development, but also to enhance our curriculum and community life.
Worship and Shared Faith
Our school and church work hand-in-hand to create meaningful worship experiences. The vicar visits each half term to lead Collective Worship, and our pupils and staff regularly attend Communion services at the church. Throughout the year, children also take the lead in key services—such as Harvest, Christmas, and Easter—to which families are warmly invited.
Enriching Learning Together
The partnership goes beyond worship. Parishioners from Holy Trinity regularly come into school to support children’s learning, share their experiences, and help run special events like our Christmas and Easter Experience—bringing faith and tradition to life in engaging and memorable ways.
This close relationship with Holy Trinity Church is a cherished part of our school identity, helping us live out our Christian values and deepen our sense of belonging and purpose.
