✨ SIAMS Inspection Summary – Rectory Church of England Primary School
We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent SIAMS inspection, which celebrates the heart and soul of life at Rectory Church of England Primary School.
The inspection praised our deeply rooted Christian vision: “At Rectory, God is our Strength.” This vision guides everything we do, creating a caring and nurturing environment where every child and adult feels safe, valued, and inspired to flourish.
Highlights from the report include:
🌿 A Loving Community: Our Christian ethos of CARE—Choice, Aspirations, Respect, Expectations—brings our school family together in compassion and unity.
📚 Spiritual and Academic Growth: Staff thoughtfully embed spirituality across the curriculum, offering rich learning experiences and opportunities for awe and wonder.
🙏 Inspirational Worship: Collective worship is inclusive, varied, and deeply meaningful, encouraging spiritual reflection and growth for all.
🧠 Inclusive Support: Pupils with additional needs thrive through individualized support, especially within our exceptional ASC unit.
🌍 Global Awareness: Pupils are developing as active citizens, learning to act for justice and equity within and beyond our community.
📖 Outstanding RE Provision: Religious Education is central to our curriculum, sparking curiosity and deep understanding of Christianity and world faiths.
The report also highlighted areas for continued growth, including refining RE assessment and expanding pupil leadership in social justice initiatives.
